'Knicks' Player Eddy Curry Slapped With Gay Sex Lawsuit

'New York Knicks' center Eddy Curry has been slapped a shocking sexual-harassment by his former driver, which claims the 6-foot-11 player tried to solicit gay sex from him.

Court papers allege that Curry, who is a married father, repeatedly approached chauffeur David Kuchinsky "in the nude," telling him to, "look at me" and, "come and touch it."

But that isn't the worst of it, Kuchinsky also says that the 26-year-old also made him perform "humiliating tasks outside the scope of his employment, such as cleaning up and removing dirty towels (into which Curry had popped his weasel) so that his wife would not see them."

"Imagine going into your boss' office and he stands up and drops his pants and he asks you to take care of him," says Kuchinsky's lawyer, Matthew Blit.

The player also reportedly hurled slurs at the driver, including 'f---ing Jew', 'white devil', 'white slave' and more than once pointed a 'fully loaded' gun at him.

The former 'Chicago Bull' says he's 'shocked' by the allegations and its not the first time Kuchinsky has threatened him: "It's false, and everyone who knows me knows I'm not a racist. I've never made a comment like that, playing, or nothing... that's incredible, man."

"First time (he got in touch with Curry), it was to curse me out. Second time, it was to apologize. Third time, it was 'If Eddy doesn't call me, I'm going to sue him.' I just never, ever thought it would go past what it did, which was just idle threats, money-or-else kind of stuff."

Curry's lawyer, Kelly Saindon, can't believe the allegations: "It's shocking that Eddy opened his home to a convicted felon out of prison, and gave him a job when he couldn't find a job, and this is what comes out of it."

Kuchinsky wants $98,000 plus compensatory damages. The allegations recall a 2006 lawsuit by the team's marketing VP Anucha Browne Sanders, who claimed then-General Manager Isiah Thomas made advances on her. She eventually settled for a whopping $11.5 million after winning at trial.
