Justin Bieber's Pet Monkey Quarantined By German Customs

German customs officials seized Justin Bieber's pet monkey after the singer attempted to bring the animal into the country without the necessary paperwork.

"Justin Bieber brought his monkey to Germany, but had no official paperwork with him," says a spokesman for the customs office at the Franz Josef Strauss Airport in Munich. "We were forced to confiscate the animal."

The singer, who srrived by private plane, attempted to go through customs with the animal, but was told it would have to be quarantined.

The capuchin monkey was given to the 19-year-old last week by record producer Jamal Shaid.
