Judge Finds Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck Stalker Insane

A judge has ordered the man accused of stalking Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck and their kids to a state mental hospital.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Katherine Mader issued the ruling upon hearing reports from two psychiatrists who said Steven Richard Burky was not of sound mind when he turned up at the nursery that Affleck and Garner's two children attend in violation of a restraining order obtained in 2008.

The 37-year-old was found not guilty by reason of insanity, after he plead no contest to felony stalking charges.

He is being moved to Patton State Hospital indefinitely and won't be allowed out until doctors find him mentally fit. However, just incase, Burky has been ordered to stay at least 500 yards away from Garner, Affleck and their family for ten years if he is released.

Burky, who has been harassing Garner since 2002, once claimed that a vision from God led him to contact her.
