John Oliver Buys Ad on 'O'Reilly Factor' to Teach Trump About Sexual Harassment
Watching advertisers fleeing the Fox News personality's program, the 'Last Week Tonight' host decided to air the 'Catheter Cowboy' ad to teach Trump about sexual harassment and making good use of his position of power. "We submitted it to stations on Friday, but weirdly we haven’t heard back from them since," said Oliver, "which is a little surprising, because we are one of the only advertisers offering to buy time on his show at the moment." Bill O'Reilly is currently embroiled in controversy after it was revealed Fox News has paid $13 million in settlements over allegations of sexual harassment. More than 80 companies have pulled their ads from 'The O'Reilly Factor'. John Oliver has attempted to buy ad time on 'The O'Reilly Factor' specifically in the hopes that President Donald Trump will see it.
