Jeremy Renner Laughs About 'Arrival' Director's 'F--k Us' French Accent

Jeremy Renner laughs about 'Arrival' director Denis Villeneuve's French Canadian accent that kept him grinning on set.

Renner says the director's pronunciation of "focus" often sounded like "f--k us" which led to some awkward sentences.

"'We're going to take the camera and we're going to focus on Amy,'" imitated Renner. "'And then the camera will come on your face.'"

'Arrival', also starring Amy Adams and Forest Whitaker, debuted in third behind 'Doctor Strange' and 'Trolls' this past weekend.
