Jay Leno Adds Tom Cruise, Halle Berry & Miley Cyrus To First Week

NBC has announced a number of new guests for the first week of 'The Jay Leno Show'.

In addition to Jerry Seinfeld, who was confirmed as the first guest on the debut of the primetime show next month, Leno has definitely lined up some big names for his first full week.

Tuesday will see Tom Cruise, Wednesday will feature the always funny Robin Williams and Miley Cyrus (photosMiley Cyrus photos), Thursday will bring Halle Berry (photosHalle Berry photos), Bruce Hornsby and Eric Clapton to Burbank while Drew Barrymore will finish off the week.

Maybe Halle can talk sex, like she did in her 'Esquire' interview? We can only hope.

Expect more guests to be added as we get closer to the air date to round out the lineup but the stars are aligning nicely for Leno thus far.

"Will we fight like cats and dogs to get the guest? Yes," Leno said last week of whether he would be competing with Conan O'Brien for celebrities. "But that doesn't mean you don't like each other. It's a game."

'The Jay Leno Show' will premiere on Monday, September 14, as you have no doubt seen from the countless promotional spots for the show.

Meanwhile, expect NBC to begin promoting its new slogan soon, which promises things at the network will be 'more colorful' this fall. The new slogan, as well as a new look, will also debut on the same night as Leno next month.
