Iron Man' Star Robert Downey Jr. Presents Boy With Bionic Arm

'Iron Man' Star Robert Downey Jr. came in character as Tony Stark to present a 7-year-old boy with a bionic arm.

Downey Jr. surprised the youngster, who has a partially developed right arm, with a working low-cost bionic prosthesis made by college student Albert Manero.

Alex, wearing a black shirt and red bow tie, grins that he's sitting with Iron Man before trying on the arm.

Downey Jr. may play the superhero in the video but it's worth acknowledging Manero is the real hero for building and donating the low-cost 3-D-printed bionic limbs to kids around the world.
