Hugh Jackman Has Another Cancerous Growth Removed

Hugh Jackman has had another cancerous growth removed.

The 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' star is reminding fans to wear sunscreen after he had another scare.

"Another Basal Cell Carcinoma. All out now," Jackman said along with a photo of a bandage covering the bridge of his nose. "Thanks Dr. Albom and Dr. Arian PLEASE! PLEASE! WEAR SUNSCREEN!"

Jackman said learned the results of a recent biopsy on Thursday and had it removed the same day.

Basal cell carcinoma is a common form of skin cancer that is rarely fatal but can sometimes cause significant destruction and disfigurement by damaging the surrounding tissue.

Almost 3 million cases are diagnosed in the US each year.

Jackman was also treated for the same growth last November.
