Howard Stern On Jerry Sandusky: 'They Should Cut His Balls Off'

Howard Stern is expressing his anger with former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky.

"They should cut his balls off," the radio host tells 'Extra' of the man who is facing 40 counts of child sexual abuse.

"I mean, what are you going to do with a guy like that? This is the real stuff that sickens me and should sicken all Americans."

Sandusky has been charged with the sexual assaults or advances on eight boys during the time he served as Penn State defensive coordinator and head of the Second Mile charity, which was setup to help at-risk youth.

"Here's a tip for America: If you see a young boy being raped in a shower, walk over and punch the idiot in the mouth who is raping him," Stern says. Assistant coach Mike McQueary has said he saw Sandusky raping a young boy in the shower.

"A real man steps up and says 'This is wrong,' and they do the right thing," he says.

Sandusky conducted a phone interview with Bob Costas earlier this week hoping it would help take some of the heat off. But the interview backfired after he didn't have an answer to any of the directed questions.

"Now, I'm no lawyer," 'The Daily Show's Jon Stewart said of the interview, "but it seems to me when you're accused of one of the most heinous crimes imaginable, you may not want to literally phone in your defense on national television."
