Former Model Beverly Johnson Says She Forgives Cosby For Assaulting Her

Former model Beverly Johnson, who said Bill Cosby drugged then assaulted her when she met him for an audition in the 90s, says she has forgiven him.

Johnson made the comments when asked, in an appearance on 'Good Morning America', what she would say to Cosby.

"I forgive you," she said.

"It was almost like a family member had betrayed me. It was such a huge sense of betrayal for me."

Johnson said she would leave the ultimate judgement to observers but said the women who come forward with their story inspired her to do the same.

"He's a lightning rod for a much bigger conversation and that conversation would be the rape culture in America," she said.
