Emma Watson: My Parents Don't Understand Why It's Taking So Long To Graduate
"I ended up taking two full semesters off and then I worked during all of my breaks," Watson told Ellen DeGeneres. Watson stars in 'Noah' and appeared in 'The Bling Ring' and 'This Is The End' last year. "They can't really wrap their heads around it because in England we graduate after three years," Watson explained of her bachelor's degree. "And my dad is like, 'When is this happening? When is graduation because you've been doing this now for ages?' And I'm like, 'Well, it's actually only a year longer than what we do in America,' but he still is very impatient." Watson denied reports that she took time off from the university because she was being builled. "Brown kids were actually weirdly protective of me in situations around Providence. I don't know, they sort of saw it as their role to help me have that experience somehow," she said. "I don't know. They kind of got it. I don't know how to explain it." Emma Watson (photos
