Doctor Calls Charlie Sheen 'Very, Very intoxicated' In 911 Call

The Los Angeles Fire Department has released a 5-minute recording of the 911 call from Dr. Paul Nassif.

In the call, Nassif says he received a call from Sheen's residence and spoke with a secretary who sounded worried about the 45-year-old actor. He says Sheen is "very, very intoxicated" and "in a lot of pain."

He asks a dispatcher whether anyone from Sheen's camp has called, and when he learns that no one has, he explains "these people are afraid to call."

During most of the call, Nassif is trying to locate Sheen's exact home address so he could give it to the dispatcher.

"All I know is I got a secretary who called and said he's in severe pain and is intoxicated," he adds when asked for further details. "He said he's very worried but he said don't call anybody."
