Denis Leary Hints At 9/11 Conspiracy Storyline On 'Rescue Me'

At the signing for his new book 'Why We Suck' in Los Angeles this week, Denis Leary hinted that the upcoming season of his hit series 'Rescue Me' will include a storyline around the 9/11 tragedy.

Leary told fans that conspiracy and reinvestigation into 9/11 would be major plot lines in the first ten episodes of season five.

However, when he was pushed for his personal opinion about the conspiracy theories surrounding Building 7's collapse, such as a BBC story reporting its collapse 20 minutes before it fell, Leary warned: "You guys don't want to get into that with me."

The actor said he "knew several of the guys who had been there working to hold that building up," before he went on to wisely change the subject.

'Rescue Me's 22-episode fifth season will premiere on FX in April 2009.
