Deadpool Congratulates Wonder Woman After Being Beaten At Box Office

Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool congratulated Wonder Woman after the DC film surpassed the merc at the box office.

'Wonder Woman' has earned $369.6 at the domestic box office. 'Deadpool' took in over $363 million last year as the surprise superhero hit of 2016.

The film, which has already set records for highest-grossing live-action film directed by a woman, is also on pace to beat Deadpool's worldwide total of $783 million later this month.

In the Warner Bros DC universe, it's only behind 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'.

Meanwhile, the sequel to 'Deadpool' is already in the works and has a release date of June 1, 2018.
