'Dating Naked' Contestant Sues For $10 Million Over Airing Of Unblurred Shot

A contestant on VH1's 'Dating Naked' is suing the show's producers and the network after an unblurred shot of her crotch made it past both editors and aired on the series.

Jessie Nizewitz has filed a $10 million lawsuit for the brief shot that aired (uncensored link) in the series' third episode during a naked wrestling segment.

Nizewitz, who says she was promised the show would maintain her modesty with blurred shots and cuts, claims she is "shocked, horrified and outraged to observe this intrusion... for all to see."

Her lawyer says "immediately Plaintiff became subject to ridicule by those watching... she has suffered and continues to suffer extreme emotional distress, mental anguish, humiliation and embarrassment."

Jessie Nizewitz says just because the show was called 'Dating Naked', it didn't mean she wouldn't baring all on television.

"I have no problem going to a beach in a bikini or people seeing me on TV in a bikini," she says. "Although I went on this show knowing that I would be nude while taping it I was told that my private parts would be blurred for TV."

"If you watch an episode, you will see that the blur actually makes it less revealing than a bikini would. Obviously, I did not expect the world to see my private parts, this is not what I anticipated or what any other contestants on the show anticipated."

"My grandma saw it. I saw her this week and she didn't have much to say to me. She's probably mad. My parents are just annoyed."
