Chris Brown Says 'C'mon' After Probation Revoked Over Alleged Hit-and-Run

A judge has revoked Chris Brown's probation after going through the details of an alleged hit-and-run accident involving the singer.

"In this matter, probation is revoked," Superior Court Judge James Brandlin told Brown, who was at court with family members.

The charges stem from an incident back in May in which Brown hit a car, refused to give his driver's license number and then left the scene.

A woman in the car with Brown provided her driver's license, according to a police report that says Brown did not provide his until his lawyer had an investigator deliver an expired insurance card to the other driver several days later.

According to a police report, the woman involved in the crash said Brown was confrontational when she asked for his information. His passenger, Karrueche Tientrese Tran, offered her driver's license and said the car belonged to her.

But when Brown refused his information, she took a picture of the couple "they went ballistic" and the singer grabbed for her camera.

"I jumped back, the girl screamed, 'Don't touch her. Don't touch her,'" she said in the statement. "I was so shocked that I was speechless. Just a moment ago he was a nice guy. After screaming some insulting nonsense for a while longer, he slammed a door and drove away fast and noisy."

Brown didn't provide the information until his lawyer sent an expired insurance card days later, according to the report.

However, after the court appearance, Brown said on Twitter that wasn't true: "I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run," he said. "I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C'mon!!"

"I have a valid drivers license and I gave the woman the right info. She saw cameras and wanted to make a scene."

He claims she "contacted the cops thinking of a payday from Chris Brown."

Another hearing is set for August. 16. Brown, who has been on felony probation since in the 2009 assault of Rihanna (photosRihanna photos), remains free.
