Charlie Sheen Sues Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. For $100 Million

Charlie Sheen has filed a whopping $100 million lawsuit against Chuck Lorre and Warner Brothers for breach of contract.

The papers, filed by Sheen's attorney Marty Singer in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday, indicate he's not only demanding payment for the unproduced 'Two and a Half Men' episodes, but he's also damages on behalf of the show's crew.

"Torpedo away," Sheen said after the filing on Twitter. "You corporate Trolls were warned. And now you've been served!"

The lawsuit says executive producer Lorre stopped production on the sitcom to feed his own ego and then used Sheen as a 'scapegoat'.

"Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series in order to serve his own ego and self-interest," it says, "and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre's own conduct."

"Warner Brothers capitulated to Lorre's egotistical desire to punish Mr. Sheen and to stop work on the Series for the rest of the season and used its powerful public relations machine to create a myth to justify their conduct by wrongly blaming Mr. Sheen."

The lawsuit points out that Warner Bros. renegotiated Sheen's contract when he was facing felony charges for allegedly assaulting his ex wife Brooke Mueller and even when he was considering pleading guilty yet they stopped production citing 'moral turpitude' in this instance.

It also implies that despite a contract that extended through the 2011-12 season, executives made the decision to fire the actor before Sheen's public outbursts so that Lorre could concentrate on his other shows like 'The Big Bang Theory' and 'Mike & Molly'.

Sheen claims he deserves more than $100 million because he has put up with years of Lorre "humiliating, harassing and disparaging".
