CBS To Pay Tribute To Mary Tyler Moore With Primetime Special On Thursday

CBS will pay tribute to Mary Tyler Moore on Thursday night.

The network has announced it will air a one hour special dedicated to the actress titled 'Mary Tyler Moore: Love Is All Around'.

Hosted by 'CBS This Morning's Gayle King, the special will look at Moore's lasting impact on the television landscape.

"Mary Tyler Moore was a once-in-a-generation talent," CBS chairman Leslie Moonves said in a statement. "She will be long remembered as a gifted actress, television pioneer and a role model to so many. CBS has lost one of the very best to ever grace our airwaves and our industry has lost a true legend and friend."

'Mary Tyler Moore: Love Is All Around' will air Thursday at 9 PM on CBS. It will replace repeats of 'Life In Pieces' and 'The Great Indoors'.
