Carrie Fisher: Even In Space There's A Double Standard For Women

Carrie Fisher talks about the revelation of her affair with Harrison Ford and losing weight for 'Star Wars' before admitting even in space there's a double standard because Princess Leia never got her own light saber.

"You know, it's the whole women -- it's a bad thing for women," says Fisher. "Even in space, there is a double standard with the force, even with the force."

Colbert then asks the actress: "Why do you have to comfort Luke when one guy dies, Obi-Wan Kenobi, but your whole planet has exploded and no one's comforting you?"

"That's right!," responds Fisher. "I'm still upset about that! Not just my planet. My mother, my stepfather, As i found out later, my record collection, all my clothes, so U have to wear that white dress all the time."
