Bus Driver Wants Matthew Fox's 'Scandalous' Countersuit Tossed
The former 'Lost' star filed the countersuit against Heather Bormann earlier this month, after she sued him in Cleveland for at least $75,000 in damages. Fox claims she attacked him first and he was only defending himself when he "started swinging" and hit her in the breast, groin, arm and legs, according to her complaint. Bormann's attorney has filed a motion seeking to have Fox's lawsuit dismissed because it is "baseless, impertinent, scandalous, and frivolous." But she doesn't just want it tossed, she is also seeking $25,000 for the additional trouble. Prosecutors have already declined to file charges in the case. The private Ohio bus driver who claims she was assaulted by Matthew Fox is asking that the actor's lawsuit against her be tossed out.
