Bryan Cranston 'All in' Walter White 'Better Call Saul'

Bryan Cranston would say yes without hesitation if asked to reprise 'Breaking Bad's Walter White on spin-off series 'Better Call Saul'.

In a chat with Rich Eisen this week, Cranston said: "You know, here's the thing. I owe series creator Vince Gilligan so much. He was my champion to get this role."

"If they were to call me and say, 'We have this idea, we'd like' I would say: 'Yes, you don't have to finish the pitch, I'm there, what do you want me to do?'"

"I would do whatever they want because I know how careful they are and proprietary they are with those characters and the storyline," he added.

"It would be something kind of unique and obscure and creative, and I'm all in."

The actor added he was glad 'Breaking Bad' ended when it did, despite its massive ratings.

"I think the reason is because Vince Gilligan crafted what I think is the perfect beginning, middle and end to a story," he said. "I want people to miss it, and I'm glad that they do, but I don't want the feeling of fans to go: 'Is that still on? Oh God.'"
