Ben Reveals 'Bachelor' Ring Must Be Returned If You Split Before 2 Years

In his first interview since splitting with the crazy Courtney Robertson, Ben Flajnik reveals the 'Bachelor' contract outlines how long you have to be together to keep the ring.

“Sometimes they make exceptions,” Ben tells 'In Touch'. "But we've been together for 10 months. You have to be together for two years to keep the ring."

Ben says, under their contract with the show, Courtney must return the Neil Lane engagement ring Ben proposed to her with as no doubt many other couples from the show already have.

"We weren't as similar as we thought," Ben says of their break up. "We really did love each other but things just changed... we said, 'let's not drag this out.' It was a totally mutual agreement."
