Aziz Ansari Tells Letterman He Wants To Be The Brown Al Sharpton

Aziz Ansari tells David Letterman he wants to be "the guy" for brown people.

"If you say something racist about black people or something, you immediately have to go setup this meeting with Al Sharpton," says Ansari.

"You do. That's the protocol, right? That's what we've established is the move. And what's weird is that's kind of the punishment."

"You have to setup the travel and find out wherever he is. The phony conversation they have is nothing. It's like 'Oh, he's in Montana? I gotta go there?'"

"The problem is brown people don't have a guy. There's no guy. So I'm throwing my hat in the ring," he jokes.

Ansari also laughed about Rupert Murdoch's "racist" Twitter message and how he turned the tables on the media mogul by blaming him for everything bad Christians had done.

The comedian raved about 'Parks and Recreation' co-star Rob Lowe's "insane house".
