Anderson Cooper Discovers His Blackberry Has 'Fecal Strep'

During a segment about germs on his daytime talk show on Wednesday, Anderson Cooper discovered that his cell phone wasn't exactly as clean as it should have been.

Anderson learned from CNN's Sanjay Gupta that his Blackberry tested positive for "fecal strep."

"My beloved cell phone?" he exclaimed, as the audience laughed.

"You know all the times that I've asked to borrow that? No more," Gupta said.

"Now look," Cooper replied, "Look, I maybe poop on my self once in a while."

A recent study by the University of London found that one in six phones tested positive for a bacteria of a fecal origin.
