Amy Schumer Buys $2000 Mattress For Store Employee Who Let Her Use Bathroom

Amy Schumer bought a $2000 mattress for a Chicago store employee who let her use the bathroom.

The actress-comedian was jogging around Chicago when she stopped at the Six Corners Matress Firm for a bathroom stop.

"She comes out of the bathroom and asks me which one of these is my favorite. I told her," Seagine Lazarre tells WGN Chicago. "She told me she wanted to buy it for me. And I was so shocked!"

Lazarre thought Schumer was joking until the woman said she was an actress and comedian.

"After she left, I Googled her name. The lady that was right there talking to me is Amy Schumer. It was amazing. Unbelievable."

Lazarre, who recently moved into a new apartment with her daughter, says the mattress came at a perfect time.

Schumer told her she lived in New York but visited Chicago often to see friends.
