Actor Charged With Impersonating Officer For Free Sex

Douglas Brian Irvin Jr, an actor who had a tiny role in 'The Hangover', is facing charges in Las Vegas after he impersonated an officer and told a masseuse she would be arrested if she didn't have sex with him for free.

It all started when Irvin Jr. responded to an ad for a $180 "sensual body rub" and asked a masseuse to come to his room at the Hooters Casino Hotel.

Irvin began to touch the woman sexually soon after the body rub began and offered her $10,000 for sex. The woman says she reluctantly agreed but said she wanted the money up front.

That's when Irvin pulled out a laminated police identification card and told her that she would be arrested unless she had sex with him for free.

He told her "she was in lot of trouble" if she didn't cooperate, so she agreed to have sex to avoid being arrested.

It wasn't until the woman went to police to complain about the Irvin that she found out he wasn't even an officer despite his "very cop-like" demeanor.

The 32-year-old has been charged with impersonating an officer, oppression under color of law, and sexual assault and coercion.

And even though he has denied the charges, detectives found him with a laminated police identification card and several photos of him in police uniforms and a photo of a police ID card identifying him as a special agent on his cell phone.

Irvin played an FBI agent in 2008 'Stargate: The Ark of Truth' and a Las Vegas police officer on 'CSI'.
