'24' Season 7 Production Hits More Delays

Shooting for the seventh season of the '24' is facing yet another production delay.

'24' was originally scheduled to start filming in late July-early August, but the producers' weren't happy with the original story set in Africa so they went back to the drawing board with a new date of August 27.

But production has been delayed once again and will begin September 10 because writers haven't completed enough scripts for the new season-long plot.

The only major casting news for the upcoming season has been Cherry Jones as the first female US president. But at least the production delays are an indication writers are working hard to keep their promise of revamping the show this year.
